What are the hotel policies?

By accepting your registration confirmation at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all of our policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.

All room reservations have a 48-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 48-hrs prior 4:00 pm (MST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 48-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur one night’s rental and tax charge to the credit card on file.

MaryJane Manor allows for extenuating circumstances in short term booking cancellations:

To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the comfort of all guests, we ask that guests be conservative with their noise, music and gathering in their rooms. We encourage our guests to use the gathering spaces in the lounge area in the way it was intended, as space to enjoy each others company in a quiet, zen manner. It will be up to each group to manage the behavior of their group members. We encourage groups to enjoy the Mossleigh Bar & Grill for meals and consuming alcohol. We discourage reckless and/or destructive behaviour and damages to the Manor will be charged accordingly.

If a warning is required to be given, and not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the Manor immediately.

In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, full payment is held and at the time of booking, all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.

Please be advised that a pre-authorization of $1000.00 will be taken at the time of check-in. Any applicable charges or damages, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.
Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, and MasterCard.

If determined that damages have taken place at MaryJane Manor by the guest/group, the Manor reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The guest/group also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Owners to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the guest/group.
